Why You Should Love Anyways

Love is Strength

Sometimes you have to crack your heart wide open to see that it was always in a state of wholeness.

In the process of cracking it open, your heart may very well feel like it’s getting “fracked” (JUST SAY NO TO FRACKING, please Google it).

Or it could feel like someone (yourself included), or something is purposely taking a nail and lightly tapping your soft heart flesh with a hammer, knowing which spots that will cause the most pain, or which areas require the least amount of tapping to remove large chunks, at one time.

Or imagine removing densely packed snow and ice off of your car.

You can spend all day removing inch by inch or tap it in certain places – its trigger points – to see large chunks falling off without much effort.

We think that life is purposely hurting us, when in fact, it’s trying to teach us lessons with the least amount of heart pain and love-sucking from family, friends, work colleagues, lovers, and situations.

When that densely packed ice falls and when you see your heart in a state of thawed rawness – thumping to a wide range of emotions – the one state you become rooted in is your heart.

You see it clearly – whole and holy in a state of the original form.

From Love You Come, and to Love You Return

Is there anything left to crack from the past?

Possibly. I’m sure there is. Yes.

But you now know your trigger points. You’ve gone beyond knowing and experiencing pain and you say, “This is my heart. I know cracking. I know fracking. But I know and see its wholeness underneath it all.”

Now when you tap into yourself, you’re tapping into your own love and heart center.

You don’t slit yourself with a dagger.

You don’t allow another person to stab you with hurtful words or actions.

You allow love to enter, release the need to build layers of ice that could take ages or a major shift in climate, or someone else’s heat to thaw it.

The heat of your own heart melts all daggers. This is a beautiful place in your journey to find yourself.

Love On,

The Universe
